2. SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER's website www.minelly.shop.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 The BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood the basic features, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product subject to the agreement on the www.minelly.shop website and that they have given the necessary approval electronically.
4.2 The product subject to the agreement will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER, provided it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
4.3 In cases where the performance of the ordered goods or services becomes impossible, the SELLER shall immediately inform the BUYER and refund the total amount to the BUYER within 14 days.
4.4 If the BUYER is not present at their address during product delivery, no delivery will be made, and it is the BUYER's responsibility to reschedule delivery with the cargo company.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a written notification to the SELLER via email or WhatsApp within this period.
5.3 For the product returned under the right of withdrawal;
It must be unused and in a resalable condition,
It must be returned completely with its original packaging.
Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
5.4 The shipping cost of the product returned under the right of withdrawal belongs to the BUYER.
6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products produced according to the consumer's special requests or personal needs, and for which return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons (e.g., personalized, handmade products).
7. IN CASE OF DISPUTE
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts are authorized, according to the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
8. EFFECTIVENESS
